What I discovered after suffering for a long time was that my issues (fatigue, anxiety, hot flashes, low libido, heavy and painful periods) weren’t merely because I was transitioning into menopause. Rather, my diet and lifestyle were also affecting my hormones.

Many women aren’t aware that what they eat, drink, or even put on their skin influences the hormones and therefore influence how they experience any phase of menopause. Even when they do, they aren’t sure what to change or how to remain motivated to do what they need to do to feel better. That’s why I became a health coach. I know there is a better way to live. The key to successful menopause is nourishing the hormones to keep them stable. When hormones are balanced, they make you feel amazing and when they are out of balance, they make you feel miserable.
