When I started making my transition into menopause it was tough. It felt like a 2×4 had hit me over the head. I struggled to feel like my energized, vibrant and confident self.

I had insomnia for weeks. I woke up drenched in night sweats. I keep forgetting what I need to remember and couldn’t remember sh*t because of the brain fog. Even with medication I couldn’t feel like myself.

It was awful

Menopause is a life transition that happens to every woman. Unfortunately, we aren’t educated to understand how to manage our transition

Factors that influence the ease of menopause include diet, lifestyle, exposure to toxins, exercise, and family history. All these can influence the levels of hormones in our body that regulate menopause.

I’m not the kind to give up.  I took the bull by the horns! I took responsibility for how I was feeling. Fixed my lifestyle, started a clean-eating diet, limited exposure to toxins, reboot my mindset and started to boost my body with natural tools.

Today, I’m:
